Because of the time, expertise, and resources invested in each request, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once work has begun.

Our service is based on conducting thorough research into your ancestry. While we work diligently to locate documentation supporting your lineage to Canada, outcomes vary depending on the availability and contents of historical records. As such, results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on research outcomes.
We take pride in consistently delivering meaningful and valuable results to our clients, and we are committed to transparency, professionalism, and the highest standard of care for every client.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All fees are non-refundable once research has commenced.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued based on the inability to locate a specific document; acceptable alternative records will be provided where possible.
• Research outcomes depend on external historical data beyond our control.
• Time invested in research and the final deliverable constitutes fulfillment of the service, regardless of the outcome.
